Terms and Conditions

1. General
1.1 The following terms and conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and Universal Music AB, corp. id. no. 556024–9566, Box 55777, 114 83 Stockholm (“Universal Music”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on Universal Musics offers. Orders can only be placed by persons that are 18 years or older. Universal Music reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. The customer is responsible for keeping themselves updated with any changes in the Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are accessible to everyone and included on the website of Universal Music. Upon request, we will send you a written copy.
1.2 By placing an order you indicate that you agree with the delivery and payment conditions. Universal Music reserves the right to change its delivery and/or payment conditions after the expiry of the term of the offer.
1.3 Universal Music guarantees that the delivered product complies with the agreement and meets the specifications stated in the offer.
2. Delivery
2.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last.
2.2 The delivery time in Sweden is in most cases 2–5 working days (excluding pre–orders). The delivery time outside of Sweden may vary. Universal Music will agree on a delivery period of a maximum of 30 days. If the agreed delivery period is exceeded for whatever reason, the buyer has the right to dissolve the agreement and any payments made will be refunded to the buyer within 30 days.
2.3 The customer shall be liable for payment of any VAT, taxes or other levies attributable to the purchase that may be imposed on the consumer regarding the order.

3. Prices
3.1 Prices will not be increased within the term of the offer, unless legal measures make this necessary or if the manufacturer implements interim price increases.
3.2 All prices on the site are subject to printing and typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typing errors.
3.3 All prices on the site are in SEK or EURO’s depending on the customers location and include 25% VAT.
4. Trial period/right of withdrawal
4.1 In the event of a consumer purchase, in accordance with the Act on Distance Contracts and Off–Premises Contracts (2005:59), the customer has the right to return (part of) the delivered goods within a period of 14 working days without giving any reason. This period starts when the ordered goods are delivered to the customer. If the customer has not returned the delivered goods to Universal Music after this period, the purchase is a fact. Before proceeding with the return, the customer is obliged to notify Universal Music in writing within the period of 14 working days after delivery. The customer must prove that the delivered goods have been returned on time, for example by means of proof of postal delivery. The goods must be returned in the original packaging (including accessories and associated documentation) and in new condition. If the goods have been used, encumbered or damaged in any way by the customer, the right to dissolution within the meaning of this paragraph will lapse. With due observance of the provisions of the previous sentence, Universal Music will ensure that the full purchase price is refunded to the customer within 30 days of proper receipt of the return. Returning the delivered goods is entirely at the expense and risk of the customer. The right to dissolution within the meaning of this paragraph lapses.
5. Data management
5.1 If you place an order with Universal Music, your details will be included in Universal Music’s customer database. Please see Universal Music’s separate Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://privacy.umusic.com/se/.
6. Cookies
Universal Music’s website uses cookies and other tracking technologies to distinguish you from other users of our website. 7. Warranty
7.1 Universal Music guarantees that the products it supplies meet the requirements of usability, reliability and lifespan as reasonably intended by the parties to the purchase agreement, and thus guarantees the manufacturer’s warranty of the product delivered to you.c
8. Offered
8.1 Quotations are without obligation, unless stated otherwise in the quotation.
8.2 Upon acceptance of a non–binding offer by the buyer, Universal Music reserves the right to revoke or deviate from the offer within a period of 3 working days after receipt of that acceptance.
8.3 Verbal commitments are only binding for Universal Music after they have been expressly confirmed in writing.
9. Agreement
9.1 An agreement between Universal Music and a customer is concluded after an order has been confirmed in writing to the consumer by Universal Music.
9.2 Universal Music reserves the right not to accept orders or assignments without stating reasons or to accept them only on the condition that the shipment takes place cash on delivery or after payment in advance.
10. Pictures and Specifications
10.1 All images; photos, drawings, etc.; eg data regarding weights, dimensions, colours, images of labels, etc. on the websites of Universal Music are only approximate, are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
11. Force Majeure
11.1 Universal Music is not liable if and insofar as its obligations cannot be fulfilled as a result of force majeure.
11.2 Force majeure is understood to mean any foreign cause, as well as any circumstance, which should not reasonably be at its risk. Delay or default by our suppliers, transportation difficulties, strikes, government action, delays in supply, negligence of suppliers and/or manufacturers of Universal Music, as well as of auxiliary persons, illness of personnel, defects in auxiliary or means of transport are expressly regarded as force majeure.
11.3 In the event of force majeure, Universal Music reserves the right to suspend its obligations and is also entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part, or to demand that the content of the agreement be amended in such a way that execution remains possible. Under no circumstances is Universal Music obliged to pay any fine or compensation.
12. Assignment
Universal Music reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claim(s) for payment which have arisen in connection with the delivery of goods.
13. Severance
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply.
14. Applicable law/competent court
There Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the internal laws of Sweden. All disputes arising out of the rights and obligations in the Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to ordinary court proceedings, and the parties accept the Stockholm District Court as their exclusive legal venue under the Agreement. Please also note that you can also file possible claims against Universal Music before the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
