Shipping policy
All orders placed before 11:00 (CET) will be shipped the same day, and orders placed after 11:00 (CET) will be shipped the next working day in the Nordics.
Within Nordics
All orders are sent through the Swedish postal service, PostNord or Bring and will be delivered straight to your home or the nearest collection point - you will be notified when it's ready for pickup. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once the order has been processed.
Postnord Varubrev - Home Delivery: 1-3 working days
Bring PickUp - Collection Point: 1-3 working days
UPS - 1-2 Working Days
Within EU
All orders are sent through DHL and will be delivered straight to your home or the nearest collection point - you will be notified when it's ready for pickup. A tracking number will be sent through DHL and UPS to you via email once the order has been processed.
DHL - Collection Point or Home Delivery: 2-5 working days
Internationally
All orders sent through the Deutsche Post or UPS will be delivered straight to your home or the nearest collection point - you will be notified when it's ready for pickup. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once the order has been processed. Please note that courier might change depending on location.
VAT and import duties are set by local customs and are beyond our control. Therefore, the customer bears all possible customs, fees and relevant taxes.
Deutsche Post - Home Delivery: 5-15 working days
UPS Express Saver: 2-6 working days

Refund policy
While we hope you will love everything you order from us, if you’re not quite satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving the order for a refund.
Please ensure all items being returned are unused and in their original packaging. All tags and labels must still be attached to each item and clothing items are unworn and unwashed. Music products (CDs, vinyl, boxsets, etc.) must be returned unopened and sealed. Items that don’t meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If your item arrived damaged, or you received an incorrect item, please contact our support team by emailing us at support@worldaffairs.se. We are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been used, worn or washed.
Returns & Refund Process:
Carefully pack the item you wish to return – ideally in the original package.
Please fill out the return form and include it in the package.
Drop the package at your nearest access point for PostNord, DHL, FedEx or your preferred courier and purchase the appropriate shipping to the returns address stated below. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer. For more info about these services and access points, please visit postnord.com, DHL.com and Fedex.com. We recommend that you keep the receipt of postage.
After we receive the package we will process a refund and notify you via email. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please note that in some cases, processing returns and refunds may take up to 30 days.
It is important that the package is sent directly to our warehouse and not to a delivery point. Contact customer service for questions or concerns.
